Course Delivery
The Master of Food Scienceis normally delivered full time over two years through a mixture of classroom teaching, residential schools and online delivery. It will require completion of coursework subjects, incorporating key core study areas and electives, plus a minor dissertation, which will be undertaken with appropriate academic supervision.
